Full-Time Teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Oakland, CA | $40+/hour

This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly pay rate starting at $40 or more per hour, offering weekly paychecks and immediate start availability.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction to students who are deaf or hard of hearing
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students' needs
• Collaborate with other educators, parents, and support staff to create a conducive learning environment
• Utilize various teaching methods and assistive technologies to enhance students' communication and learning skills

Requirements:

• Valid California DDHT License
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Previous experience working with deaf or hard of hearing students is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work full-time and start immediately
